Интраоперационная флуоресцентная ангиография в объективизации перфузии низводимой ободочной кишки в онкоколопроктологии: первый российский опыт и обзор литературы

Аннотация

Достаточность длины, а также адекватность кровоснабжения дистальной части низводимой ободочной кишки при формировании первичного анастомоза являются основными интраоперационными факторами, которые позволяют уменьшить число
несостоятельностей анастомозов при резекциях толстой кишки. Интраоперационная флуоресцентная ангиография позволяет объективно оценить адекватность кровоснабжения и является легко выполнимой и воспроизводимой методикой. В данной работе мы публикуем свой первый опыт использования данной методики у 7 пациентов, у 1 из которых после исследования изменена интраоперационная хирургическая тактика. Дальнейшие разработки в данном направлении необходимы для оценки клини-
ческой значимости интраоперационной флуоресцентной ангиографии в объективизации перфузии при операциях на толстой кишке.
