Тактические аспекты хирургического лечения осложненного колоректального рака (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Проанализированы источники отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвященные тактическим аспектам хирургического лечения осложнений колоректального рака. Проведена сравнительная характеристика различных хирургических тактик. Значительный рост числа экстренных операций по поводу осложненного колоректального рака, выполняемых в общехирургических стационарах, сохраняющиеся на высоком уровне показатели послеоперационной летальности и неудовлетворительные отдаленные результаты позволяют говорить о том, что проблема лечения колоректального рака еще очень далека от своего окончательного решения и требует к себе самого пристального внимания.
