Методы всесторонней гериатрической оценки больных раком прямой кишки пожилого и старческого возраста

Аннотация
В работе представлены данные обзора литературы об использовании современных предикторов риска осложнений и летальности, необходимых для выбора онкологически обоснованного метода лечения больных раком прямой кишки пожилого и старческого возраста, с учетом распространенности заболевания и сопутствующей патологии. Использование современных шкал, калькуляторов и опросников для оценки функционального и физического статуса данной тяжелой категории больных с привлечением мультидисциплинарной команды позволяет индивидуализировать подход к терапии, прогнозировать возможные риски, уменьшить осложнения в процессе и летальность после проведенного специфического лечения. Применение разработанных алгоритмов обследования людей пожилого и старческого возраста создает приемлемые условия для их лечения с учетом онкологической адекватности, функциональности и безопасности.
