Методы реконструкции промежностных ран после брюшно-промежностной экстирпации прямой кишки. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Проблема закрытия раневого дефекта после брюшно-промежностной экстирпации прямой кишки по поводу онкологических заболеваний до сих пор не решена. Формирование первичного шва на промежностной ране может привести к множеству после-операционных осложнений: серомe, абсцессу, несостоятельности раны с последующей промежностной грыжей. Химиолучевая терапия как стандарт лечения местно-распространенного рака прямой кишки или анального канала не улучшает результаты лечения ран промежности и удлиняет сроки их заживления. На сегодняшний день у хирурга-онколога имеется ряд реконструктивно-пластических методик для улучшения как непосредственных, так и отдаленных функциональных результатов лечения. В статье рассмотрены наиболее распространенные техники как алло-, так и аутотрансплантации, оценены и проанализированы достоинства и недостатки различных методик.
