РЕЦИДИВЫ РАКА ПРЯМОЙ КИШКИ ПОСЛЕ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО И КОМБИНИРОВАННОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ: ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА, ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ

Аннотация

В данном обзоре рассматриваются вопросы диагностики и лечения рецидивов рака прямой кишки, факторы риска их развития и стратегия оказания помощи этой группе больных. Химиолучевая терапия является оптимальным первым этапом лечения больных с рецидивами рака прямой кишки, однако ее применение за редким исключением возможно только у больных, которым по каким-либо причинам этот метод не применялся до первой операции. Только хирургическое лечение позволяет надеяться на долгосрочную выживаемость, но его проведение должно быть ограничено категорией пациентов с высокими шансами выполнения R0-резекции.
